Returns & Shipping
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase on full priced items only. Please follow the guidelines listed below:
- Items must be returned unworn with the receipt
- All items must have original tags attached
- Sale items (items discounted from their original price) or items purchased using promotions are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please keep a record of your shipping/tracking information.
No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit after 7 days.
There is a $5 processing fee for online returns that will be deducted from your refund.
If you are purchasing a gift and would like a gift receipt included with your purchase, please note this under "special instructions" in the shopping cart. You may also indicate if you would like your item gift wrapped.
***For the safety of our employees, we are only able to accept returns on items that have been shipped at this time. No returns will be accepted in person. Thank you for understanding.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number.
If you live in Ankeny and would like to do curbside pick-up please email email@example.com prior to placing your order. Some items are not available for this option.
Orders of $250 or more receive free shipping.
